We are looking for a results-driven Project Manager to join Advanced-Online. A Project Manager is responsible for the management and coordination of projects that affect the overall growth of our organization. This role provides the management expertise necessary for growth for each company's new accounts and works with multiple departments. Interactions and support with teams such as accounting, sales, production, and customers drive the success of this role and maintaining professionalism at all times. The Project Manager helps streamline onboarding new clients, improve turnaround times, and drive accountability across teams.

This role requires strong relationship management, project management, and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate both internally with other departments and externally, as necessary, to problem-solve and develop process efficiencies to drive sales. This role is critical to the organizations success and demands a sense of urgency. 

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in corporate merchandising, agency, or production environments
• PMP or CAPM certification (or relevant formal project training)
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Monday.com, Asana, or similar PM platforms
